Rest Your Paws is a veterinarian-owned family business with a mission to improve the standard of palliative care across Australia. We’re a passionate team of veterinarians, nurses, grief counsellors and support staff providing in-home palliation and euthanasia services. Our team is currently based throughout NSW, VIC, WA, SA, QLD & ACT with a vision to have veterinarians supporting families across the country.

Customer Support Roles

At Rest Your Paws, we are passionate about helping families navigate their beloved pet’s end-of-life journey. We couldn’t do this without the compassion and support provided by our fantastic Client Care Team. Join our team and be part of a company that values compassion, teamwork, and making a difference in the lives of pets and their families.

The Role:

Answering client calls in a professional, compassionate and supportive manner
Gathering and accurately documenting the client’s and pet’s information
Supporting families with pet end-of-life decision-making (extensive training to be provided)
Scheduling veterinary appointments & cremation arrangements
Dealing with a high volume of email correspondence & calls
Business development opportunities and maintaining relationships with referring veterinary clinics & veterinarians
