Customer Support Roles

At Rest Your Paws, we are passionate about helping families navigate their beloved pet’s end-of-life journey. We couldn’t do this without the compassion and support provided by our fantastic Client Care Team. Join our team and be part of a company that values compassion, teamwork, and making a difference in the lives of pets and their families.   The Role:
  • Answering client calls in a professional, compassionate and supportive manner 
  • Gathering and accurately documenting the client’s and pet’s information
  • Supporting families with pet end-of-life decision-making (extensive training to be provided)
  • Scheduling veterinary appointments & cremation arrangements 
  • Dealing with a high volume of email correspondence & calls
  • Business development opportunities and maintaining relationships with referring veterinary clinics & veterinarians
