Cancellation Policy

We understand this is an incredibly difficult time and your circumstances may change requiring appointments to be rescheduled or cancelled.

We support many families across Australia every day and our appointment times are limited. Last-minute cancellations or changes can affect our ability to assist others needing our support.

If appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, please be aware of the terms and fees applicable below.

Veterinary & Aftercare Services

Cancelling or Rescheduling your appointment:

• with less than 3 hours’ notice: refund issued, minus a fee of $150 to help cover our time, vet fees and administration costs.
• with less than 24 hours’ notice: refund issued, minus a fee of $75.
• with more than 24 hours’ notice: full refund issued.

Pet Loss Counselling

Cancelling or Rescheduling your counselling session:

• with less than 3 hours’ notice: no refund will be issued.
• with less than 24 hours’ notice: refund issued, minus a fee of $50.
• with more than 24 hours’ notice: full refund issued.
