From the start of the whole process I have received nothing but support and kindness from the whole team. Whether it was discussions over the phone and any email correspondence the compassion and patience was simply lovely. Our vet Dr Michelle was an absolute angel. From the time she walked through our door to when she left, her incredibly calm and sympathetic demeanour, as well as her professionalism and understanding made the whole experience of saying goodbye to our little floof calm and beautiful. While our hearts are heavy for our loss we will be forever grateful to Rest Your Paws for helping us to send Fergus off in such a pain free and loving way.”

“As a Doggy Mom, the day we had to decide to lay our beautiful girl to rest was the hardest decision I've had to make, to make things worse, we have been travelling and living on the road, had our car in the shop for repairs and being on the other side of the country far from home, our usual vets and were staying in a caravan park which made me feel anxious to how we can make her passing peaceful and respectful. From the moment i called Grace at Rest your paws, i felt at ease, she organized the Vet and transport service for after life preparations and it was so easy. On the day everything went perfectly. Dr Kris the vet was lovely and her compassion was beautiful - it made our goodbye so peaceful and special, and made such a heart breaking day so much easier for us to manage”

“I didn't know what an at home farewell for my beloved dog would look like, but Rest Your Paws and Dr Emerald, were amazing. Tilly was 16 and in a lot of pain from her arthritis and aging heart. Tilly has always been my little guard dog, always barking at anyone who comes to the house whether friend or stranger. When Dr Emerald came into the courtyard she crouched down and Tilly walked right up to her for a pat. It felt like my girl was saying "oh good, you're here". Emerald was so incredibly gentle, kind, patient and respectful. My beautiful girl is gone now, but she had the most loving goodbye. I felt so incredibly cared for, and know that when Tilly got her angel wings, I left her in safe hands.”
